One simple monthly payment
Acceptance of Terms: By subscribing to any service level, customers acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. No separate contract is required.
Customers will be notified of these terms during the sign-up process, typically via a checkbox or similar mechanism.
Platform Exclusivity: Any websites, funnels, or other digital assets built on the Geniease platform must remain on the platform. These assets cannot be transferred to any other platform unless specified otherwise under special circumstances.
Transference to Another Go High Level (GHL) Agency: If a customer wishes to leave Geniease, we will facilitate the transfer of their account to another GHL agency for a one-time fee of £97. Payment for this fee must be made via an agreed method within a specified timeline. Customers will be provided a one-month grace period to copy any necessary files. GenieEase does not provide support for this process.
Ownership of Assets: All websites and funnels become the property of the customer. Geniease retains ownership of any proprietary tools or templates used in the creation of these assets. Geniease takes no responsibility for the maintenance or management of these assets beyond the terms of the subscription.
Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time without penalty. Upon cancellation, access to the platform and its services will cease at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.
Geniease is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the platform or its associated services. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their data is backed up and securely stored. Geniease provides tools and support to empower your business but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Geniease complies with UK regulations, including GDPR, to ensure the security and protection of customer data.
Geniease reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or announcements within the platform.
Customers must accept updated terms to continue using the service.
